Should I Workout Empty Stomach? I understand that many people are still thinking that if they need to lose weight, the best way is to workout in the morning on an empty stomach. You will feel tried and fatigued. Like an engine needs fuel to work, your body also needs energy which it gets from food. I would suggest 90 mins.
