I was expecting the Muslim terrorists to also be featured, and I wanted to see the people getting on the plane, and how their reactions changed as they neared the two towers, ready to crash. The movie missed the chance to be a great movie because it only showed a fraction of the terror, the pain and the anguish that was Ground Zero on that fatal day.
