This tea reminded me of a lighter version of Rooibos. It was mellow, just as refreshing and left a sweet aftertaste. As someone who is lacking in antioxidants, I found this tea rather helpful in getting the nutrients I need. Furthermore I also found that it was caffeine free, which really helped keep my intake down throughout the day. This tea has a lot of depth whilst remaining light on.
