Intrebari legate de ceea ce se asteapta de la tine. Care sunt calitatile pe care angajatorul le pretuieste cel mai mult la subordonatii sai. Cum ar trebui sa arate o zi de munca normala pe postul respectiv. Cum s-au indeplinit in trecut sarcinile aferente postului si care sunt imbunatatirile pe care angajatorul si le-ar dori.

Hari ini ku berdoa dengan tulus. Hari ini ku merintih dengan kejujuran hatiku. Air mata ku yang menetes penuh dengan keikhlasan. Ku berteriak histeris dengan gundah gulanakan hatiku. Ya Allah bukan karena aku ingin terkabulnya doa ku. Tapi hari ini aku menangis. Hari aku lemas tak berdaya.
