This is a delicious and savory recipe to get the most out of fresh broccoli. This calls for bone broth which I will describe below. Saute the garlic and onion. 4 C copped broccoli flourettes. Add the broccoli and bone broth and simmer until broccoli is tender. Meanwhile make a roux by melting 2 T butter and stirring in 2 T flour and adding water to make a thick paste.
