Friday, June 18, 2010. June 16, my last day in Alaska. These pictures were taken on my last day when we were traveling to Anchorage so I could catch a commercial flight home. We got to Anchorage early so we had time to go through the air museum at Lake Hood. Cliff will be flying the plane back in early July with his son Jese. Notes from the basement of the Reitz Union. Saturday, November 17, 2007. Death to hard clay and wobbly bats! I had a frustrating Friday evening in the pottery studio. The two worst enemies of the potter were striking me at once! I suppose from the title of this post that you can guess the culprits. The wobbly bat is a constant annoyance to the potter. Now, what is the solution to this constant problem? I almost killed.
