But I Love Taquitos! September 6, 2011. Mainly ridiculous because that was after only three laps. Do you want to hear all my excuses? It became my goal to never again feel like poor nutrition caused me to do poorly in an event.
FORTSÆT INDTIL DU NÅR DIT MÅL. Mit primære fokus er på løb, og jeg har nu været løber i godt tre år. Det er denne disciplin, som jeg føler mig stærkest i, og hvor jeg har min helt store force. Ovenpå et kompliceret træthedsbrud har jeg valgt at skrue ned for mængden af kilometer. Det betyder at jeg nu løber fire til fem gange om ugen med en total på 50-60 km. Siden deltagelsen i mit første halvmarathon i 2014, har jeg arbejdet hårdt, konce.
