It is more of a Ugandan family tradition, we do not know much about the rest of Africa but of all those earlier memories of childhood there was always tea somewhere in there and when we say it we mean that black or milk African tea, and they always had morning, evening tea or sometimes porridge. That tea was always delicious with some chapati or mandazi on the side especially when you are just from showering after a long day of playing and fooling around.
