Friday, September 26, 2008. From sundown tonight until sundown tomorrow I shall live low tech. No computers or any electronics except the telephone and that only to call friends. My focus will be on home and family and god and dreams. I will write and draw. I will read, but only fiction or spiritual material. I may pray and meditate and sing and have a vision quest. I will be thankful for health, my partner, my doggie, my home, my career, my friends, and for beauty, humor and music.
